Chris Kucharczyk shares the same name with his character in The Adventures of Zak, CJ (Christopher James), which he has been playing since the fall of 2004! Chris is a 17 year-old senior at New Canaan (CT) High School where he has appeared as a member of Fagin's Gang in Oliver, as the Jester in Once Upon a Mattress, in the leading role of Cotty in Preppies, Nicely-Nicely in Guys and Dolls, Fyedka in Fiddler on the Roof and will play the Leading Player in his final high school production, Pippin, which will be traveling to Edinburgh, Scotland in August, 2007 to be a part of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. He was in the ensemble of the Summer Theatre of New Canaan's Cinderella, and has also played the Wizard in The Wiz and Hugo F. Peabody in Bye, Bye Birdie. Chris is active in cross country and studies voice with Michael Sinclair at The Studio, a School for the Performing Arts in New Canaan.

Chris is also an original member of the Magical Music Singers.
