Through a team of professional musicians, actors, writers and producers the Magical Music for Life Foundation (founded in 1999 by Carter and Chris Norton) exists to develop and produce a wide range of musical projects that can bring a positive approach to everyday life to young children and their families. In addition, as a way to reinforce self-confidence and further self esteem, each of these projects are designed to enable children to perform / participate in the professional productions. These projects are also able to be used to generate income and awareness for children's charities across the country.

Our goal for The Adventures of Zak production is ultimately to have Zak tour from city to city with performances being offered during the week free of charge to inner city school children and on weekends or evenings for children's charities and corporate sponsors. Other productions and projects are currently being planned.

Magical Music also has created two local performing groups, the Magical Music Singers, made up of eight high school performers, and the Junior Singers, consisting of 8 - 14 elementary-aged performers. These two groups perform and record songs written by the Magical Music creative team.
